Automotive Exhaust Systems Market Scope
Exhaust System is component of vehicle and it is manufacturer by the pipe. An exhaust system is used to direct reaction exhaust gases away from a controlled combustion within an engine or stove. One or more exhaust pipes are part of the system, which transports burned gases out of the engine. The exhaust system gathers the cylinder exhaust gases, filters out dangerous materials, lowers noise levels, and then releases the cleaned exhaust gases to a suitable location of the vehicle away from the occupants. Depending on the engine, the exhaust system can have one or two channels. The exhaust system is primarily made up of pipes of various shapes, each designed to connect to one another and each shaped to conform to a specific part of the car's underside. Each pipe is in charge of transporting exhaust gases to the back, but many of the segments are specialised. In other words, from the outside, the system appears to be a collection of connected pipe segments running from the engine bay to the rear bumper, though some serve an additional function as the exhaust flows through that particular pipe.

Market Leaders and their expansionary development strategies
In 2020 Cummins turbo technologies launches exhaust throttle valve. Cummins Turbo Technologies has developed a new Exhaust Throttle Valve (ETV) for after treatment thermal management and exhaust braking. ETV assists engine manufacturers in meeting stringent emission regulations. The ETV was initially developed for medium-duty engine applications in India and China, but has since expanded to Brazil, Europe, and Mexico. On-highway trucks, transit buses, refuse trucks, and tipper trucks are all examples of ETV applications.
US federal emission standards for engines and vehicles, including emission standards for greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, are established by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The EPA authority to regulate engine emissions—and the air quality in general—is based on the Clean Air Act (CAA), most recently amended in 1990. Fuel economy standards are developed by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), an agency within the US Department of Transportation (DOT). The development of engine emission standards occurs according to the procedures of the US rulemaking process. New regulations are first published as proposed rules. Following a period of public discussion, the new rule is finalized and signed into law. New regulatory proposals and regulations are published in the Federal Register. Consolidated regulations become a part of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
