Hemp beer is now legal in Florida with Florida’s new Hemp Law (Florida Law 2019-132). According to the regulation, hemp beer and other hemp extracts must have total delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol [THC] concentration that does not exceed 0.3 percent on a dry-weight basis and statement of number of milligrams of hemp extracts. Hemp-derived ingredients are now permitted under the laws of relevant state. However, until 1July 2019,It was not regulated under state laws.
