Vitrified tile is a tile produced using vitrification process. By this process the tiles created have very low porosity which makes it stain-resistant and strong. Also, it has superior properties compared to marble or natural granite and it acts as an alternative to them. Process vitrified tile is made by coting fine minerals such as clay and silica, at high temperatures where the individual particles melt and fuse make a vitrous surface.
