About Lever Switches
A switch is a device that is designed to interrupt the current flow in a circuit, in other words, it can make or break an electrical circuit. Every electrical and electronics application uses at least one switch to perform ON and OFF operation of the device. A lever switch is an electrical switch that uses a physical lever to actuate and operate the switch. Most lever switches function as simple on/off switches that operate using a lever or handle to toggle the switch between the two positions. These switches are often used as door-open indicators on appliances and enclosures or as an internal component in the limit, pressure, and temperature switches.
