About Dynamic Compressive Plate
Dynamic compression plates are designed to use in surgical procedures for the treatment of trauma injuries and vehicular accidents. The DCP is made of steel comprises of holes that can be used to create compression of the fracture sides. The plates contains screw, which is screwed eccentrically into the end of the oval screw hole farther from the fracture site. These plates are mainly made out of titanium with a thickness of 2 mm and widths of 6.5, 8 and 9 mm.
