Digital Kvms Market Scope
Digital KVM switches convert the analogue signals from the server console ports to digital signals. This allows the signals to be transmitted over computer networks such as IP networks, allowing the user to access the KVM switch via a web browser from virtually anywhere. The candidate for this product will have target devices distributed in multiple locations or will require full, bios-level access to their target devices from anywhere in the world. For these devices, Standard coaxial or Cat5 media is used for all connections between the target devices and the KVM. The user console connection is made using a standard web browser and the existing network's IP connection. IP-based KVMs may also have Matrix, High-density, or LCD KVM characteristics.
