About Photovoltaic Ribbon
Photovoltaic Ribbon hot-dip tinned copper ribbon installed in photovoltaic solar panels. It collects the current from the photovoltaic cells and joins the individual solar cells and carries the current generated to the distribution system. It is an important part of photovoltaic systems. There are two types of PV ribbon i.e. interconnect ribbon and bus bar ribbon. These types of ribbons offer efficiency, better function, and longevity of solar panels leading to an increase in the electrical output performance of solar modules.
